Late submission : Apr. 1 to 21 : 40 USD / Student: 25 USD

INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION: ONE TITLE SECTION
Requirements:
1) Films completed after: Jan. 1, 2018
2) Maximum duration: 30 min
3) Country of production: All countries
4) Accepted genres: All genres, including music video
Other criteria:
6) Music rights: cleared
7) Dialogues: If the dialogue language is not English, preview copy and screening film must be subtitled in English
*No premiere status required in Japan and accept web streamed shorts as well.
