About the Awards

Future masters of film are born here!

This year, the festival has selected the very best 82 films out of 2,781 submissions from 87 countries and areas. The selections are made by the SSF committee and international judges to give 2 Grand Prix and 19 Judge Awards, Audience Award and the Best Film Festival Award. Audience Award is elected by the audience.

The Möbius Trophy

The Möbius Trophy is awarded to each winner of two Grand Prix in One Title Section and Filmmaker's Section.
A strip of film (short film) symbolises the Möbius strip, which is an infinite loop.
