One day, at the concert hall in Shibuya, Soichi saw Mio, who he met in Shonan, which he visited 10 years ago. While the prelude to "I forget" is quietly plucked, Soichi slowly remembers that day he spent with Mio.

Florim survived ethnic cleansing in former Yugoslavia, became stateless and ended up in Japan twenty years ago. He spent almost ten years in prison and detention and another decade with no right to work and no home country to return to. While revisiting his supporters in Tokyo, he hopes that his twentieth anniversary in Japan will make a difference to his status
